For ten weeks, a small group of Year 10 students have been following a Judo course during their PE lesson.
Mick Ellis from Harlow Judo Club has been coming into school every Monday and has taught the group a range of different skills and during their final lesson, he held a competition.
Scoring for the competition and unable to fight due to injury were Rebecca Flowers (10R), Paige Lewis (10Q) and Kayleigh Johnson (10R). They did an excellent job and worked well as a team.
The final results for the competition were as follows:
All the students that took part in the final competition thoroughly enjoyed themselves and all took a trophy home. Our thanks must go to Mick Ellis who has been brilliant and very popular with the students.
